Our Torah(Older Testament) schedule is based on the ancient schedule used in the days of Jesus plus the Newer Testament comments on the subject as well as the Prophets and Writings. In short, our Bible schedule is a Whole Bible Schedule on the traditional subjects. The monthly cycles in His day started with the visual sighting of the new moon as prescribed in Gen 1:14
